Workers at any level wishing to update CPD or to evidence competence in a new role.
Workers in Social Care settings who work alongside others, usually in a residential care setting or where there is little autonomous authority.
Support Workers in Social Care settings who wish to register in Housing Support Services or Residential Services or Care at Home Services.
Managers in Residential Care Settings, Housing Support services or Care at Home Services (together with other qualifications as specified by SSSC), Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders wishing to register as Supervisors.
Managers with responsibility for leading and managing a provision in any health & social care setting.
Workers whose role involves developing other staff, planning and analysing the organisational learning and development needs, design and delivery of training, mentorship, coaching.
As above with a more senior responsibility and level of autonomy.
Workers who take on the role of assessing competence of colleagues or team members. Must already hold an SVQ at or above the level which will be assessed by this candidate, and must be occupationally competent in the awards to be assessed.
