About This Course

This interactive course will be provide you with opportunity to share experiences and review the knowledge and skills required to effectively support staff during supervision.

You will learn what is expected of you as a supervisor  in a social care setting and develop professional competence to effectively delivery supervision in your daily practice.

On successful completion of this course, you will have achieved the PDA in Health and Social Care Supervision at Higher National SCFQ Level 7 meeting the Scottish Social Services regulatory requirements as a supervisor.
