ARC Scotland Consultation Response – A National Care Service for Scotland

Published 2021

ARC Scotland are committed to helping to shape a National Care Service (NCS) for Scotland where people who need additional support can live the lives they choose.

From our many consultation events we have learned that the focus of the NCS should be to simplify social care and release the capacity of local partners, including those with lived experience, to develop practical and person-centred solutions to improving lives.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our consultation events. We hope what we set out is a fair reflection about what you told us.

Separate responses have been submitted from ARC Scotland Provider Forums and National Involvement Network. Please contact us if you would like to see these.
