Staff will understand the definition of risk in social care settings.
Staff will have an increased awareness of the legislation and guidance surrounding the management and assessment of risk in social care settings
Staff will understand their own accountability and responsibility for managing and assessing risk
Staff will have an understanding of “positive risk taking”
Staff will understand the importance of accurate record keeping for risk assessment
The course is being held at ARC Scotland, Unit 11 Hardengreen Business Centre, Eskbank and the cost is £95 per person.
