Professional Development Award in Health & Social Care Supervision

ARC Scotland are delivering the Professional Development award in Health and Social Care Supervision. Candidates require to attend 3 virtual days training over a 3 week period.

This award was created to meet the requirements of social service workers in a supervisory role.

The qualification is designed for employees who are in their first line management role and who provide supervision, support and guidance to other staff and wish to develop their knowledge skills and confidence in supervisory responsibilities and gain formal recognition.

The award comprises two Higher National Units and provides 16 SCQF points at Level 7.

Candidates embarking on this award must have already gained a Level 3 award or equivalent and be in an appropriate job role.

The award requires the candidates to attend 3 virtual taught days followed by the submission of 2 assignments within a total 8 week period.

10.00 am to 4.00 pm

The courses will be held by means of Webinar or similar social media platform. It will be essential that you have a laptop with a camera and audio.

The cost to attend this course is £400 per person.
