Supervision in practice is fundamental for those working within the Health & Social Care Sector.  The process supports individuals with the opportunity to seek and receive support for undertaking what can be a demanding and stressful role.  Through regular, structured meetings with a supervisor, employees can reflect on practice, review professional development and manage workloads effectively.

This full day course will introduce participants providing support to employees with the concept of Supervision and the functions of the process.  It will help those attending to consider key skills and the benefits of effective supervision in line with organisational policy and procedures.

The course is interactive and will create opportunity for those attending to reflect on practice and develop skills and knowledge to support practice.
