In recent weeks a variety of different types of organisation have signed up to the Charter for Involvement. The Thistle Foundation based in Edinburgh, Lomond and Argyll Advocacy Service and the East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership have all made a public commitment to improving involvement in their organisations and putting the 12 Statements into practice. The Charter can be applied in all types of organisations.
This means 69 organisations in Scotland have now signed up to the Charter.
